How to cook

Ingredients

1 sachet Colman's Chinese Style Curry Seasoning Mix 

400g diced chicken breast

4 sprays low-calorie oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 red pepper, diced

40g frozen peas

300ml water 

 

Method


  1. Step 1:Fry the chicken in oil until sealed. Add the onion and pepper then fry on a high heat for a further two minutes.
  2. Step 2: Thoroughly mix the Colman’s seasoning with 300ml of cold water and bring to the boil in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Step 3: Simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Alternative

The Chinese Chicken Curry seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, swap the chicken for
diced firm tofu, coat in corn flour, fry in low-calorie oil for 2-3 minutes until golden, and follow the remaining instructions
on this pack.
