Spicy Tuna Pasta Bake 

Nothing says quick, tasty and comforting like a Tuna Pasta Bake. It’s one of those brilliant dishes that lets you use up what’s left in your pantry. Bring it to life with fresh aromatic coriander, Colman’s Tuna Pasta Bake Seasoning mix, a sprinkling of British cheddar cheese and – wait for it ¬– a Thai Red Curry Paste. Talk about a tasty twist.

  • 1 sachet Colman's Tuna Pasta Bake mix
  • 200 g pasta
  • 180 g tinned tuna
  • 100 g sweetcorn
  • 350 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 85 g grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp red Thai curry paste
  • 1 tsp oil


  1. Cook the pasta as per pack instructions. Mix the Colman’s seasoning and milk in a pan. Bring the mix to boil, stirring.

  2. Gently fry the curry paste, tuna and sweet corn in the oil. Add the sauce to the cooked pasta. Fold all ingredients together.

  3. Spoon into an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and place under the grill until golden.
