Slow Cooked Chicken Casserole
A mouth-wateringly tender chicken dish you can’t help but love.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sachet Colman's chicken casserole seasoning mix
  • 4 skinless chicken portions
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 350 ml boiling water

METHOD

  1. Place the chicken, onions and carrots in the slow cooker and add sachet contents.

  2. Mix well, then stir in 350ml boiling water.

  3. Cover and cook on ‘low’ setting for 8-10 hours or ‘high’ setting for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.

  4. Enjoy with baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

  5. Please note that slow cookers vary. Instructions are based on a 3 litre model.
