Rich Beef Gravy
Follow this Rich Beef Gravy recipe to add heaps of flavour to your meats, so simple and super rich in taste.

  • 2 tsp plain flour
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 1 Knorr rich beef stock pot (dissolved 400 ml boiling water)
  • 2 tsp Colman's cranberry sauce (optional)


  1. Stir the flour into the meat juices left from the roast and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Stir in the wine, bring to the boil and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the liquid reduces by half. Add the stock, bring to the boil then simmer until reduced slightly, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the cranberry sauce if used and mix in well. Serve with your roast beef.
