Colman's Lamb Hotpot Pack
This blend of rosemary, garlic and spices quickly creates a hearty lamb hotpot that will satisfy the whole family!

  • 1 sachet Colman's Lamb Hotpot Recipe Mix
  • 450g (1lb) lean stewing lamb, cubed or 4 lamb chops
  • 2 medium sized onions, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2-3 carrots, sliced
  • 115g (4oz) frozen peas (optional)
  • 425 ml water


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. (170°C for fan assisted ovens)

  2. Fry the lamb and onions with the oil in a pan until browned. Place in a casserole dish with the carrots and peas.

  3. Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the dish.

  4. Top the dish with a layer of potatoes. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours.

  5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with seasonal vegetables.
