INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 750 g pork belly
  • Colman's Korean BBQ Recipe Mix
  • 1 broccoli chopped
  • 350 g rice cooked
  • 50 g spring onions thinly sliced

Optional

  • chillies

METHOD

  1. Start by adding the broccoli florets and broccoli stalks into the airfryer. Coat with 1 tbsp of oil & season with salt. Cook for 12 minutes at 180°C and shake the basket half way though.

  2. Next, coat the pork belly in oil and then the Colman's Korean BBQ recipe mix in a heat-proof bowl. Preheat your grill over a high heat. Ensuring the seasoning is distributed evenly, sear the pork belly for 1-2 minutes on either side.

  3. Slice the pork belly into chunks. Pour 200ml of boiling water into the bowl to pick up the leftover seasoning. Pour the pork belly & seasoning liquid into a nonstick pan and cook for a futher 8 minutes on a medium heat.

  4. Serve a portion of rice, pork belly and air-fried broccoli. Top with spring onion and optional chilli flakes!
