Fish Pie 

Colman's Fish Pie
This packet of Colman's Fish Pie seasoning mix helps you create tasty, hearty meals for the whole family to enjoy.

Pie Filling:

  • 1 sachet Colman's Fish pie seasoning mix
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400 g fish pie mix
  • frozen peas

Mashed Potato Topping

  • 600 g potato
  • milk
  • grated cheese
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Chop and then boil the potatoes in a pan of salted water for 15-20 minutes, until tender.

  2. Drain the potatoes, then mash, adding milk until smooth and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside for use later.

  3. Mix the Colman's seasoning mix with milk in a saucepan and stir until it boils.

  4. Add the fish to the saucepan and poach gently for 4-5 mins, then mix in the peas. Place in a pie dish.

  5. Pile the mashed potato over the fish, sprinkle with cheese and place under a preheated grill until golden and bubbling.
