For the batter - Whisk Flour, eggs and milk together. Strain through a sieve.
Season with salt and whisk through 2 tsp of Colman’s Mustard and parsley, leave to stand for 10 minutes.
In a preheated 170c oven roast the sausages in a large oiled shallow dish for 10 minutes.
Pour over the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes without opening the oven door
