For the batter - Whisk Flour, eggs and milk together and strain through a sieve
Season with salt, leave to stand for 10 minutes
In a preheated 170c oven roast the sausages in a large oiled shallow dish for 10 minutes
Pour over the batter with red onion & rosemary
Bake for 30 minutes without opening the oven door
Remove and brush all over with the Colman's Honey glaze
