Chinese Chicken Curry 

Colman's BNI Curry
This seasoning mix creates a quick and easy fakeaway the whole family will enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams chicken breast fillets diced
  • 4 spray oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 40 grams frozen peas
  • 300 millilitres water

METHOD

  1. Fry the chicken in oil until sealed. Add the onion and pepper then fry on a high heat for a further two minutes.

  2. Thoroughly mix the Colman’s seasoning with 300ml of cold water and bring to the boil in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
