Colman's BBQ Koftas
A take on our Big Night In Lamb Doner Kebabs

  • 450 gram 10% fat minced lamb
  • 4 pitta breads
  • lettuce shredded
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • cucumber sliced


  1. Mix together the Lamb Mince and Colman’s seasoning

  2. Brush skewers with oil

  3. Cook on BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side (do not turn until sealed or they will stick)

  4. Serve with flatbreads and salad. Add a dollop of yogurt on the side

  5. Roll each ball with a cupped hand and thread onto 4 metal skewers
