Apple Crusted Pork
There’s something deeply satisfying about the crunch of pork crackling and here’s how to create the perfect Caramelised Apple Crusted Pork from popular food blogger and YouTube chef Ian Haste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300/400 g pork tenderloin
  • 3 tsp Colman's apple sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsps water
  • 1 tsp olive oil

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a light paste and brush over the pork using a basting brush.

  2. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C, 180°C, Gas mark 6 basting every 10 minutes for around 20 – 25mins or until cooked through.

  3. Rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
