Colman’s Fish Pie

Perfect for busy weekdays or lazy weekends. Fish is a delicious affordable family favourite.

ingredients

  • 1 Packet of Colman’s Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 200g Emmental cheese
  • 500g locally sourced fish chunks
  • 150g spinach
  • 50g British garden peas
  • 3 large mashed potatoes
  • 15g Colman’s mustard
  • 300ml Milk

COOK ALONG

 

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 180c
  • Add the Colman’s Cheddar Cheese sauce mix to a pan with milk and heat. Add a dollop of Colman’s mustard 
  • Spread the fish around the bottom of an oven proof dish and top with peas and spinach, followed by half of the cheese
  • Pour over the Colman’s Cheddar Cheese sauce, top with mash potato and the remainder of the cheese
  • Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 35-45mins until bubbling with a golden crust.
