Boiled bacon Ribs
Recipe by Kellen's Butchers - Southport

METHOD
- Cover ribs in a large pot of cold water & bring to the boil
- Turn down ribs to simmer for about 2 hours until bones separate from flesh
- Chop vegetables & boil until tender
- Mix ingredients for the dressing: lime, honey, vinegar, garlic, chilli, salt & dress cooked vegetables in half of the dressing
- Remove ribs from the pot & cover in the remaining dressing
- Serve with buttered bread
- Enjoy!
