Colman’s Savoy Cabbage
Put a Colman's twist on the festive cabbage accompaniment, and give it a touch of refreshing minty-ness.
- Heat butter in a pan over a medium heat with garlic and ginger and saute for 1 min
- Add the cabbage and chestnuts, stir well and cover with a lid
- The lid will help keep in the steam to wilt and soften the cabbage. Will take approximately 6-10 minutes
- Fold in mint sauce, parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with your roast dinner.
