Homemade Cranberry Stuffing Balls
Pack a punch with this homemade stuffing. It’s so easy to make from everyday ingredients and makes Sunday roast dinner that much more special.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium egg
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • handful of sage finely chopped
  • handful of parsley finely chopped
  • Colman's Cranberry Sauce

METHOD

    Preheat oven to 180c

    In a frying pan sauté the onion until soft, do not brown.

    In a mixing bowl, mix together the cooked onion, breadcrumbs, sage and parsley

    Add a dollop of Colman’s cranberry sauce to taste

  5. 5

    Add your egg, mix well, and roll into 6 balls

  6. 6

    Place these onto a baking tray

  7. 7

    Place your stuffing balls into the oven and cook for 15-20 mins
