Homemade Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Pack a punch with this homemade stuffing. It’s so easy to make from everyday ingredients and makes Sunday roast dinner that much more special.

Serves 4 - 6

Prep time: 15 mins   Cook time: 15 - 20 mins



  • 1 medium egg
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • Handful of sage finely chopped
  • Handful of parsley finely chopped
  • Colman’s cranberry sauce



  • Preheat oven to 180c
  • In a frying pan sauté the onion until soft, do not brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the cooked onion, breadcrumbs, sage and parsley
  • Add a dollop of Colman’s cranberry sauce to taste
  • Add your egg, mix well, and roll into 6 balls
  • Place these onto a baking tray
  • Place your stuffing balls into the oven and cook for 15-20mins
