
Homemade Cranberry Stuffing Balls
Pack a punch with this homemade stuffing. It’s so easy to make from everyday ingredients and makes Sunday roast dinner that much more special.
Serves 4 - 6
Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 15 - 20 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 medium egg
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 medium chopped onion
- Handful of sage finely chopped
- Handful of parsley finely chopped
- Colman’s cranberry sauce
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c
- In a frying pan sauté the onion until soft, do not brown.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cooked onion, breadcrumbs, sage and parsley
- Add a dollop of Colman’s cranberry sauce to taste
- Add your egg, mix well, and roll into 6 balls
- Place these onto a baking tray
- Place your stuffing balls into the oven and cook for 15-20mins
