Salt and Pepper Chicken
Create your own Chinese fakeaway experience with this delicious Salt and Pepper Chicken, made with our seasoning mix with ginger, garlic and pepper.
Cook time: 20 mins
Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the Colman's Salt & Pepper seasoning with the water in a bowl and add the chicken, onions and peppers, then coat well.
- Step 2: Pour out onto a lined baking tray, drizzle with the oil, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from oven, serve with rice and sprinkle over the spring onions.
The Salt & Pepper seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, swap out the chicken for diced firm tofu, or the Vegetarian Butcher "What the Cluck" pieces.
