For a quick and easy 'fakeaway' experience, try our Korean Barbecue seasoning mix, with soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil.

  • 1 sachet of Colman's Korean Style BBQ seasoning mix 
  • 600g chicken breasts, diced
  • 100ml water
  • 160g red pepper, diced
  • 40g spring onions, sliced 
  • 300g Chinese cabbage 
  • 500g cooked rice 


  1. Step 1: Mix the Colman's Korean BBQ seasoning with the water, and pour over the chicken. 
  2. Step 2: Place the chicken and peppers onto a tray and place under a hot grill, or in a hot oven.
  3. Step 3: Cook for 8-9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning halfway through.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle over the spring onions and serve with shredded cabbage and cooked rice.


The Korean BBQ seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, swap the chicken for cauliflower
florets or The Vegetarian Butcher "What the Cluck" pieces, and follow cooking instructions.
