Step 1: Mix the Colman’s seasoning with the lamb mince and knead together
- Step 2: Form into a loaf shape, wrap in foil and place on to a baking tray. Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.
- Step 3: Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes then thinly slice the lamb and serve in a pitta with salad.
The Doner Kebab seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, thinly slice some mushrooms, coat with Colman's seasoning
mix and fry in oil. Serve in a pitta with salad, as suggested above.
