How to cook

Ingredients

400g diced chicken breast

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 pitta breads

shredded lettuce

1 sliced red onion

1 diced cucumber

 

Method


  1. Step 1: Add the chicken, Colman's seasoning and oil into a bowl and mix together until the chicken is covered.
  2. Step 2: Place onto a baking tray and cook under a pre-heated grill for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Step 3: Serve in a pitta bread with salad and top with the cooked chicken.

Alternative

The Chicken Kebab seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegetarian. For a meat-free alternative, swap the chicken for diced firm tofu, coat with the Colman's seasoning, and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve as per instructions.
