Tuna Pasta Bake
A seasoning mix with tomato, cheese and spices that quickly transforms simple ingredients into a delicious pasta bake, proven to please the whole family.
1 sachet Colman’s Tuna Pasta Bake Seasoning Mix
425ml semi skimmed milk
200g can of tuna, drained
115g frozen sweet corn
80g cheese, grated
25g bag of crisps, crushed
Step 1: Cook the pasta following the directions on the packet.
Step 2: Tip the contents of the sachet into a saucepan, add a splash of milk and mix well, then stir in remaining milk.
Step 3: Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Add the tuna, sweetcorn and cooked pasta, simmer for 1 minute stirring continuously.
Step 4: Pour into an ovenproof dish. Top with crisps and cheese and place under a hot grill until golden. Enjoy with a mixed salad.
Why not try: Cheesy Salmon & Broccoli Bake
Use a can of salmon instead of tuna and add a couple of handfuls of cooked broccoli. Mix in the cooked pasta and serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
