Three Bean Chilli - Vegan

You had us at Chilli. Add three different types of beans for an extra kick of protein, a sprig of rosemary for that aromatic twist and Colman’s Chilli Con Carne spice mix to perfectly bring it all together. This one will have you coming back for more, again and again and again.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 Colman's Chilli Con Carne mix
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tin kidney beans
  • 1 tin cannellini beans
  • 1 tin black eyed beans
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 1 spring rosemary
  • 200 ml water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • Chop all the veggies in small pieces. Add the onion, garlic, celery and carrot to a large pan and fry for 5 minutes.

  • Add in the chopped chilli and parsnip. Cook for another 5 minuets.

  • Add in the Colman's Chilli con carne seasoning pack and the rosemary, stir everything together and cook for another few minutes.

  • Add in all the beans and the tinned tomatoes. Add the water and mix again.

  • Cover with the lid and cook on a simmer for 25-30 minutes. Adjust with salt and pepper.
