Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 sachet Colmans Korean Style BBQ Seasoning Mix
600 g chicken breasts diced
100 ml water
160 g red pepper diced
40 g spring onion sliced
300 g Chinese cabbage
500 g cooked rice
Mix the Colman's Korean BBQ seasoning with the water and pour over the chicken. Place the chicken and peppers on to a tray and place under a hot grill, or in a hot oven.
Cool for 8-9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning halfway through.
Sprinkle over the spring onions and service with shredded cabbage and cooked rice.
The Korean BBQ seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, swap the chicken for cauliflower florets or The Vegetarian Butcher "What the Cluck" pieces, and follow cooking instructions.
