Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
Heat the oil in wok then add the chicken, diced onions and peppers, then cook for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Mix the Colman's seasoning with 100ml of water, pour into the wok and add the noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes more, then add the sliced spring onions and serve.
Swap the chicken for diced tofu or The Vegetarian Butcher's "What the Cluck" pieces and follow cooking instructions. Swap the noodles for rice to create a delicious fried rice dish.
