Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 400 grams chicken breast fillets diced
  • 4 spray oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 40 grams frozen peas
  • 300 millilitres water

Method

  • Fry the chicken in oil until sealed. Add the onion and pepper then fry on a high heat for a further two minutes.

  • Thoroughly mix the Colman’s seasoning with 300ml of cold water and bring to the boil in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  • Simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

 
              

Variation

The Chinese Chicken Curry seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, swap the chicken for diced firm tofu, coat in corn flour, fry in low-calorie oil for 2-3 minutes until golden, and follow the remaining instructions on this pack.
