This subtle blend of mushrooms and spices quickly creates a creamy beef stroganoff in just 15 minutes!
Heat the oil and fry the beef and onions over a high heat for 5 minutes until browned. Add the mushrooms and pepper.
Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk and pour over the beef. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes or until the beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with rice.
The Beef Stroganoff seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegetarian. For a meat-free alternative, swap the beef for The Vegetarian Butcher's 'What the Cluck' chicken pieces and mushrooms.
