BBQ Koftas

A take on our Big Night In Lamb Doner Kebabs

Ingredients (Serves )

  • 450 gram 10% fat minced lamb
  • 4 pitta breads
  • lettuce shredded
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • cucumber sliced


  • Mix together the Lamb Mince and Colman’s seasoning

  • Brush skewers with oil

  • Cook on BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side (do not turn until sealed or they will stick)

  • Serve with flatbreads and salad. Add a dollop of yogurt on the side

  • Roll each ball with a cupped hand and thread onto 4 metal skewers



The Doner Kebab seasoning sachet is EVU certified Vegan. For a meat-free alternative, thinly slice some mushrooms, coat with Colman's seasoning mix and fry in oil. Serve in a pitta with salad, as suggested above.
