How to Make Perfect Pigs in Blankets

Pigs in Blankets are a family favourite at Christmas – make sure yours are extra special with Colman’s
16 pork chipolata sausages
8 think slices bacon rashers
4 tablespoons clear homey
1 tablespoon Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C, 355°F fan oven, Gas Mark 4.
Step 2: Cut each piece of bacon in half so that you have 16 long thin bacon strips.
Step 3: Put the sausages in a bowl with the honey and wholegrain mustard and mix to coat evenly.
Step 4: wrap each sausage in a piece of bacon.
Step 5: Place the pigs in blankets on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
