How to Make Delicious Roasted Root Vegetables

2 large parsnips (peeled)
3 carrots (peeled)
2 tablespoons Flora Cuisine
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon Colman’s Mustard Powder
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C, 390°F fan oven, Gas Mark 6.
Step 2: Cut the vegetables into medium sized chunks.
Step 3: Place vegetable chunks into a mixing bowl with the Flora Cuisine, garlic and Colman’s Mustard Powder and toss until well coated.
Step 4: Place vegetable chunks onto a baking tray and roast for one hour, stirring once or twice during cooking
