
Roast Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:
- Chicken roast juices
- 4 halved roasted skin on onions (red or white)
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- Colman’s mustard powder
Method:
- Add your meat juices to a saucepan, followed by the roasted onions (with skins now removed) and add a tbsp of plain flour
- Sprinkle in Colman’s mustard powder and mash onions down
- Add water and simmer until you have your required consistency
- Sieve your gravy and you are ready to serve
