A sweet BBQ seasoning, to help you create tasty sticky spare ribs as a treat for the whole family.

How to cook:
1. Make it
Preheat oven to 190°C (fan assisted 180°C), Gas mark 5. Tear open top of pack and remove folded bag. Peel off sticker and unwrap, keeping hold of blue tie to use later. Mix the seasoning from the bottom sachet with the water and then resting the bag on a work surface, pour the mix into the bag. Very gently add the pork ribs.
2. Season it
Close and tie bag by the blue tie, approx. 2cm from the opening. Carefully rub mix into the ribs until evently coated (Do not shake; take extra care that sharp bones do not puncture the bag). Place in a non-heated ovenproof dish so that the bag is sideways.
3. Bake it
Place dish on middle shelf of preheated oven for 45 mins. Ensure enough room for bag to expand when cooking (bag must not touch sides or top of oven). Cut open the bag (attention: hot steam) and cook for a further 20 minutes. Check meat is fully cooked and serve with remaining juices poured over the ribs. Serve with rice and salad.

About the bag:
Do not increase the amount of fresh ingredients above the recipe recommendation. Rest the bag on a work surface when adding ingredients, only shake contents very gently, and hold the bag firmly at the base at all times. Take care when opening the contents as steam will be hot. The bag is made of a special material which is safe to use for oven cooking and is recyclable when rinsed where local facilities exist. Do not use with switched on grill function. Do not use in the microwave.
