This rich blend of herbs quickly creates a warming pork casserole that's sure to be a hit with the whole family!

How to cook:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 4. (170ºC for fan assisted)
2. Heat the oil and fry the pork until brown.
3. Place the pork, onions, carrots and red pepper in an ovenproof casserole dish.
4. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish.
5. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
6. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Why not try:
Pork and Winter Vegetable Casserole - follow the steps but add a couple of medium sized parsnips and 225g (8oz) of sweet potatoes, all cut into chunks. For extra depth of flavour, throw in some fresh chopped garlic and rosemary.
