This blend of rosemary, garlic and spices quickly creates a hearty lamb hotpot that will satisfy the whole family!

How to cook

How to cook:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. (170°C for fan assisted ovens)
2. Place the lamb, onions, carrots and peas in an ovenproof casserole dish.
3. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish. Place a layer of potatoes on top.
4. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours or until lamb is tender. Remove the from the casserole dish for the last 30 minutes of cooking to crisp up the potatoes.
5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with seasonal vegetables.

Why not try:
Tomato and Garlic Lamb Casserole - follow the steps but reduce the amount of water to 300ml (1/2 pint) and add a 400g can of tomatoes and 1tsp of garlic puree. Sprinkle with herbs (finely chopped) and serve.
