This tasty blend of honey, mustard and garlic quickly creates a honey chicken stir fry with an exciting oriented twist!

How to cook:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken, red pepper and mangetouts and stir fry for 5 minutes.
2. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the wok.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with egg noodles or rice.

Chilli Chicken Stir Fry - follow the steps but add 1-2 medium/hot red chillies (finely chopped), 1 medium carrot (thinly sliced) and a few baby corn when stir frying the ingredients. When adding the sauce mix add zest and juice of 1 small lime. Sprinkled with fresh coriander and serve.
