This blend of mushrooms and parsley quickly creates a mouth-watering chicken supreme that will satisfy the whole family!

How to cook

How to cook:
1. Fry the chicken in the oil for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms.
2. Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk and pour over the chicken.
3. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with rice and salad.

Why not try:
Creamy White Wine Chicken - frying 4 chicken breasts in the oil for 10-12 minutes before placing in an ovenproof dish. Sauté 2 sliced courgettes in the same pan and spoon over the chicken. Make up the sauce replacing 100ml of the milk with white wine and add to the dish. Bake in preheated oven 190ºC for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
