How to cook:
1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken over a high heat for for 8 minutes, stirring regularly until cooked through.
2. Add the onion and peppers. Sprinkle the contents of the sachet evenly over the chicken. Stir well and cook for another 4 - 6 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly.
3. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately in flour tortillas topped with the shredded lettuce and tomato salsa.

Colman's Chicken Enchiladas - follow steps 1-3 and than place the tortillas (without the lettuce) in an ovenproof dish. Pour over a made-up packet of Colman's Cheddar Cheese sauce and top with grated cheese. Bake on a moderate heat in the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with freshly shredded lettuce.
