How to cook:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 (170°C for fan assisted).
2. Place the chicken, onions and mushrooms in an ovenproof casserole dish.
3. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish.
4. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
5. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately with baked potatoes and green beans.
