This rich carbonara pasta recipe mix creates a creamy Italian-style dish in minutes!

How to cook:
1. Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. Add a splash of milk and mix thoroughly, then stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
3. Add the bacon and mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
4. Ensure piping hot and serve immediately over the drained cooked pasta, topped with Parmesan cheese and with garlic bread on the side.
Why not try:
Chicken Pasta Bake - follow the steps but replace the bacon with 225g (8oz) of chicken and instead of topping with Parmesan, add 125g (5oz) of grated cheese to the sauce. Place the drained cooked pasta in an ovenproof dish, pour over the sauce and top with more grated cheese. Place under a pre-heated grill until golden and serve with salad.
