How to cook

How to cook:
1. Cut the peppers, onion and chicken into large chunks.
2. Blend the contents of the sachet with the oil to make the marinade.
3. Stir in the chicken and vegetables and leave to marinade for a few minutes.
4. Thread onto the skewers, and grill for about 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. If using a BBQ or griddle pan, cook for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with a mixed salad and crusty bread.

BBQ Fajitas - instead of using the skewers place the marinated ingredients into a pan and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve wrapped in flour tortillas.
