How to cook:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan and blend with a little milk.
2. Stir in remaining milk and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 1 minute until sauce has thickened.
Why not try:
Make up the sauce as directed on pack, add 225g (8oz) frozen spinach and simmer until thawed. Pour over cooked pasta, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese, and bubble under a hot grill.
