How to cook:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Why not try:
Potato and Cheese Gratin - in a shallow ovenproof dish, arrange layers of thinly sliced par-boiled potatoes, carrots and onions. Make up the sauce as directed and pour over the vegetables. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C, (375°F), Gas No.5 for 40-45 minutes or until piping hot and soft throughout.
