2. Add the contents of the sachet and mix well.
3. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
4. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Vegetable Curry - stir fry some cooked diced potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and green beans. Stir in the made up Curry Sauce, with mango chutney to taste. Perfect with poppadums or naan bread and a cooling cucumber raita. Use milk instead of water for a richer, milder curry sauce.
