How to cook:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
2. Gradually whisk in 250ml cold water.
3. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Quick Fish Pie - cook 450g chopped fish (e.g. white fish, smoked haddock) in water, drain and place in ovenproof dish. Add a handful of peeled prawns and a tbsp. capers (optional). Pour over the crème fraiche sauce and top with some mashed potato. Place under hot grill until golden brown.
