How to cook:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
2. Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Why not try:
Cauliflower Cheese - cook 1 cauliflower, broken into florets in boiling water until just cooked, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and place in ovenproof dish. Make up sachet of Cheddar Cheese sauce and pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and grill until bubbling and browned.
